Event DetailsWelcome to our third annual fundraiser to support the National Open & Affirming Coalition of the United Church of Christ and AllianceQ of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ!
When: Saturday, October 15nd, 2022 6:30 - 8:30 PM Central Time Where: This event will be Hybrid with Zoom (link will be sent via email) or in Person at Parkway United Church of Christ at 2841 N Ballas Rd, St. Louis, MO 63131. If you are attending in person, a meal will be provided. We plan to have Pizza & Salad. Gateway Open & Affirming is hosting an evening of Bingo, trivia, fellowship, and fun to raise donations in support of the national UCC Open and Affirming Coalition and for AllianceQ of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ. There will also be a free will offering at registration and at the event for both the UCC Open and Affirming Coalition and for AllianceQ of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ. Registration is $25 (this covers our transaction fees) and each participant will receive five (5) Bingo cards by email. You should receive a confirmation email that your registration was successful, but please check your spam folder, just in case! The Bingo cards themselves will be emailed out the week of the event, after registration closes. The Zoom link will be sent out as well, but in a separate email. Please print these cards ahead of time, if you would like, or plan to play online via the link in the email. We recommend using your phone to watch and mark your Bingo cards, and using a computer or tablet to display the Zoom call. Registration will start September 5th, 2022 and will close on October 12th, 2022. Thank you in advance for registering! Due to the online nature of this event and the preparation required, we cannot take walk-ins. With Registration we are asking for your intention of how you plan to attend. You are not held to this, but it gives us an idea for planning purposes. If something changes and you have the ability to come in person then you are welcomed, if something changes and you must attend virtually you are still welcomed to join via Zoom as we will send the information to all.
